At Safiyaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all security tags remain attached, as we cannot accept returns for items that have been altered or laundered.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the garment in its original Safiyaa packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team approves the return.
